Nuvo Hotel in Doral, Florida did a great job hiring employees that create a great experience for their guest. We arrived to a clean, vibrant, colorful facility. Our front desk attendant, valet workers, and room attendants were all very helpful. Our suite was clean, fully stocked , beautifullly decorated, and comfortable. My husband & I came from the cold Oklahoma weather to warmer Miami for business & to bring in the New Year. The hot tub was cold, however an attendant quickly turned the heat up for us. I definitely want to acknowledge Marleni, Mariana. Every time my husband and I encounter these two ladies, they greet us with a warm smile & positive attitudes. They both were very accomodating, attentive. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we will visit again because of the exceptional service we received from Mariana & Marleni. If your looking for a great place to stay while in Florida, book with Nuvo Hotel. ❤️

Rooms were super clean, staff helped every time in various ways, friendly and knowledgeable. My kids loved the pool and ample space in the suites. Great spot in Miami near several shopping centers and food options.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is excellent. Well located, with parking. Large, clean rooms. Attentive and kind employees. It is close to restaurants, snack bars and stores in general. Everything was perfect. I recommend.

Loved the Nuvo Suites. Great location with access to shopping, restaurants, and MIA airport. The 3rd floor pool & bar are awesome for a post-breakfast swim, complementary valet parking and a sumptuous breakfast made for a great, reasonably-priced stay and the staff was exceptionally cordial, helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

My first time in this hotel. I liked it. The suite was very comfortable, AC super. not very often you see central AC in hotel’s room. That’s one of my priorities. Very convenient to the places I wanted to go. The staff was super, special kudos to the valet parking employees, very organized, super friendly, and courteous and the app they have to request your car from your phone is awesome. I definitely will come back again from now on when visiting Miami.

Nuvo hotel is beautiful!! Inside and out, super clean as you would expect, pool- I could have stayed in all day, the service can’t say enough everyone from check-in to check out top-notch. I found my home from home. We don’t need to search for a hotel when in Miami, thank god. Recommend 100%

It was amazing! It was our first time staying in this hotel, the room was a good size for me and my bf, breakfast it’s so good ! And let me tell you about dinner the chicken tenders were so goooood lol the pool view was gorgeous it has 2 big screens let me just say I would totally come back ! Plus the people that work here are so nice & kind I just loved this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. I went on a solo trip and felt safe the entire time. The staff was very friendly. I loved the setup of the pool area. They have bikes available to rent for free so I took one out and rode in the area. It’s right across from the Miami International Mall and super close to another mall. It’s only about a 10 min drive to the airport. It always smelled like someone had just cleaned/mopped which I loved.

So far so good we've been here one night so far the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfast here as well. All the staff had been extremely helpful and nice.

The staff and service was awesome. The whole entire building was very clean. The rooms are up to date modern rooms. Very classy and clean. The gym and swimming area with two big screen Tvs on each side is incredible. Also, a pool bar and you can order food to be served to you The free breakfast and valet parking was incredible. Just an away from home but homely feeling. I love it

"Got there at 10:30 at night or so and Jennifer was the front desk concierge. She was so friendly & the attention to detail that they have is so awesome! They walk around the side to talk to you and address you so it’s not from behind the screen. The staff is so professional and friendly and the whole place smells amazing!!!!! I need to know what that scent is. The room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in in a hotel! The valets were charming and professional. The pool was refreshing and nice and again, the staff were so friendly! My husband and I felt like we made friends there at the pool with the bartender and the ladies checking you into the pool. We both agreed any time we come back to Miami (which is frequent) we’ll stay here!"
