In order to guarantee your hotel reservation, an advanced deposit in the amount of one night (room plus tax) will be charged to your card. Your reservation may be cancelled if this charge is declined and alternate method of payment is not provided. For security purposes, registered guests are required to present the same credit card used for any guarantee deposits at check in. If that credit card is unavailable, or if you elect not to use it, we may choose to refund the original deposit and will require a different credit card for the charge.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
If you choose to use the same credit card to pay for your stay that was used to make your reservation, you may see two separate charges on your card.
- A charge for the advanced deposit posted after your reservation was made
- A second charge for the remaining nights on your check in date
Please also note that upon check- in we will be authorizing your credit card $50 for incidentals. The portion unused by incidentals will be refunded at checkout. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 7 business days for refunded amounts to be reflected in your account. The deposit cannot be made in cash. No pre-paid cards accepted.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Cancellations and changes to your stay dates must be made with our Reservations Department or Front Desk 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ will result in forfeit of the originally collected first night’s room and tax. Rooms are held for guests until 5am on the date following the scheduled arrival date, after which the reservation is cancelled and a no-show charge (one night plus tax) applied. Holidays and Special Events may have different cancellation policy.
If a guest is departing before their original departure date they must notify the reception 24 hours in advance. If not, an early departure fee of one-night room and tax will be charged.
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. An early check-in can be requested (as early as 10 am based on availability) for a fee of $35.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late Check out can be requested (upon availability) for a fee of $35 until 3:00 PM. From 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM the guest will be charged half a day’s room rate and anytime after 5:00 PM a full day’s rate.
Please be aware of the following maximum adult occupancy limits for our guest rooms:
- Standard King Suite – Max. Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
- Studio King Suite – Max. Occupancy: 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child
- Executive Suite – Max. Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
- Junior Suite – Max. Occupancy: 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child
- Deluxe Suite – Max. Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
Note: Units with Max Occupancy of 4 have One King Bed and One Love Seat sleeper.
All room categories are furnished with king sized beds. For Fire Safety reasons, no unit may be occupied by more than 4 occupants regardless of age(s).
A fee of $10 per night/ per guest will be applied for any additional guest staying in the suite. Breakfast is not included.
Rollaway beds will be provided upon request for a fee of $10 only limited to one per unit (subject to availability and are not guaranteed). When available, unit types are limited to one roll away bed.
Minimum Guest Age
Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in. Guests under 21 years old must be accompanied by a registered adult for the duration of the stay.
Pets under 20 pounds are permitted, your pet must be registered with reception and a non-refundable fee of $75 is required. Failure to inform the front desk of a pet staying in the unit will result in a $150 fine. We welcome up to 2 domestic pets per room, only cats and dogs are allowed. Please ensure your pet is on a leash or a carrier if they are outside your room and be sure that your pet does not disrupt the “quiet environment” of another guest. Housekeeping is unable to clean the unit if your pet is not on a leash or a carrier. If your room requires excessive cleaning, or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet’s actions, the hotel may charge additionally. Front Desk will provide detailed Pet Policy at check-in.
Nuvo Suites Hotel is proud to be a smoke-free lodging facility. Smoking is prohibited in public areas of the hotel and in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. An open space, designated smoking area with seating is available.
Breakfast is included for 2 guests; additional extra tickets are priced at $9.95. Breakfast is buffet style and can only be consumed in the breakfast area. No pets are allowed in the breakfast area, unless it is a registered ADA service animal.
The pool is located on the 3 rd floor of the main building from 7am until 11pm. Outside food and drinks are prohibited unless purchased at our Market Place.
We offer 24-hour valet services, self-parking is not available. Our valet services are complimentary for one car per reservation. If parking is needed for any additional vehicle(s), posted valet rates will apply.
Sending Mail and Packages to the Hotel
Guest packages are only received by reception if the guest has a valid reservation. The first five packages are complimentary, any additional package will be charged $4.95 each. Packages will be stored two weeks prior to arrival and up to 30 days after the registered guest’s departure.
Cookware is secured in the guest room, guests are responsible for contacting the reception in order to have the cookware unsecured. If the cabinet is forced opened by guest, a fee will apply. The guest is required to sign a release form and is responsible for any damages that occurred during their time of use.
A lobby level game room is available for the enjoyment, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Registered Guests will need to sign out an access key at the Front Desk. Board games are available at the front desk, failure to return to the reception in the same conditions it was received will result in a $50 fine. There is no food and beverage allowed in the game room area. Inquire at Front Desk for detailed Game Room Policy.
Note: The Game Room will be closed while the adjacent Meeting Room is in use.
Damages & Losses
Management is not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, or any other valuables by theft or fire. Furthermore, guests are responsible for any damages that may occur during occupancy by the guest or any other persons invited by the guest, as well as observance of all regulations. Guest are requested to report any damages in their room upon arrival to avoid additional charges. Please see Florida statue 514.060. Guests are asked to immediately bring any damages up to management
