Yes, the dolphin mall is now a vaccination site. Located near cheesecake factory and will be open 7 days a week, from 10 am to 8 pm.

A suite is bigger and has two separate rooms: a private and isolated bedroom and a larger room with a sofa bed. Some suites also have a kitchen and/or dining area.

Yes! The suite that has a balcony is the Master King Suite.

Check in and Reservations

  • What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. When you book directly on this website you qualify for early check-in and late check-out. Both are based on availability and not guaranteed. If you are planning on arriving late at night, please call us to let us know and avoid being marked as a no-show.

  • What is the minimum age to check in at Nuvo Suites?

The minimum age to check in is 21. Meaning, that the person responsible for the room has to be at least 21 years old.

  • Is there a hold for incidental charges, or why do I see additional charges on my credit card?

Upon check-in, the hotel requires a security deposit on a valid debit or credit card for incidentals of $50 for one-night reservations, $100 for two-night reservations, and $150 for three nights or more. Any amount that is not used, will be refunded to your card upon check-out. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to reflect on the credit card/bank statements.
