GUARANTEE POLICY

In order to guarantee your hotel reservation, an advanced deposit in the amount of one night (room plus tax) will be charged to your card. Your reservation may be cancelled if this charge is declined and alternate method of payment is not provided. For security purposes, registered guests are required to present the same credit card used for any guarantee deposits at check in. If that credit card is unavailable, or if you elect not to use it, we may choose to refund the original deposit and will require a different credit card for the charge.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

If you choose to use the same credit card to pay for your stay that was used to make your reservation, you may see two separate charges on your card.

  • A charge for the advanced deposit posted after your reservation was made
  • A second charge for the remaining nights on your check in date

Please also note that upon check- in we will be authorizing your credit card for incidentals, $50 for one night, $100 for two nights and $150 for three nights or more. The portion unused by incidentals will be refunded at checkout. Depending on your bank and country of origin, it may take 7 to 10 business days for refunded amounts to be reflected in your account for US credit cards and debit cards. For international credit or debit cards, it can take up to 30 business days. Cash deposits are accepted. No pre-paid cards accepted.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

The cancellation policy is based on the terms and conditions of each specific reservation. Most flexible reservations allow cancellations or changes up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date, and must be made with our Reservations Department or Front Desk—unless the reservation was made through a third-party provider, in which case all modifications or cancellations must be requested directly through them.
Advance Purchase reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance for flexible reservations will result in the forfeiture of the first night’s room and tax originally collected.
Rooms are held until 1:00 a.m. on the day following the scheduled arrival date. After this time, the reservation will be cancelled and a no-show charge (one night plus tax) will be applied.

EARLY DEPARTURES

If a guest departs before their original departure date, they must notify the Reception at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Non-refundable reservations do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances, including early departures.

CHECK-IN TIME

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. An early check-in can be requested (as early as 10 am based on availability) for a fee of $35 + tax.

CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late Check out can be requested and is based upon availability. If available, a complimentary late check-out can be granted until 12pm. After 12pm there is a $35 + tax fee until 3pm. After 3pm a full day rate plus tax is applied.

Occupancy Limits

Please be aware of the following maximum adult occupancy limits for our guest rooms:

  • Standard King Suite – Max. Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12
  • Executive Suite – Max. Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12
  • Double Bed Suite – Max. Occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults
  • Double Bed Suite with terrace – Max. Occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults
  • Deluxe Suite – Max. Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12
  • Master king Suite - Max. Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12
  • Two Bedroom Suite - Max Occupancy : 7 people

Note: Units with Max Occupancy of 3 have One King Bed and one individual sofa bed.

Additional Guests

A fee of $15 per night/ per guest will be applied for any additional guest staying in the suite.

Primary Registered Guest Age

Primary registered guest must be at least 21 years of age on the day of check-in. Guests under 21 years old must be accompanied by a registered adult for the duration of the stay. Children are welcomed accompanied by their parents or guardians.

Pets

Pets under 25 pounds are permitted, your pet must be registered at check-in and a non-refundable fee of $75 is required per pet. Failure to inform the front desk of a pet staying in the unit will result in a $150 fine. We welcome up to 2 domestic pets per room, only cats and dogs are allowed. Please ensure your pet is on a leash or a carrier if they are outside your room and be sure that your pet does not disrupt the “quiet environment” of another guest. Housekeeping is unable to clean the unit if your pet is not on a leash or a carrier. If your room requires excessive cleaning, or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet’s actions, the hotel may charge additionally. Front Desk will provide detailed Pet Policy at check-in.

Non-Smoking

Marijuana is prohibited in all areas. Nuvo Suites Hotel is a smoke-free lodging facility. Smoking is prohibited in public areas of the hotel and in guest rooms. A $250 penalty fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. An open space, designated smoking area with seating is available.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included for 2 guests in qualified reservations. Breakfast is not included for Airbnb reservations; additional breakfast is priced at $15+tax. Breakfast is limited buffet style and can only be consumed in the breakfast area. No pets are allowed in the breakfast area, unless it is a registered ADA service animal.

Pool

The pool is located on the 3rd floor of the main building opened from dusk to dawn.

Parking

We offer 24-hour valet services, self-parking is not available. Our valet services are complimentary for one car per reservation. If parking is needed for any additional vehicle(s), posted valet rates will apply. Complimentary parking does not apply to Airbnb reservations.

Damages & Losses

Management is not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, or any other valuables by theft or fire. Furthermore, guests are responsible for any damages that may occur during occupancy by the guest or any other persons invited by the guest, as well as observance of all regulations. Guest are requested to report any damages in their room upon arrival to avoid additional charges. Please see Florida statue 514.060. Guests are asked to immediately bring any damages up to management.

Cookware Agreement

Guests are responsible for any damages that occurred during their time of use.

Package Receiving Policy

There is a charge of $5 per package, with a maximum of 3 packages allowed per day, and daily pickup by the guest is required. Any package larger than 12" x 12" x 8" and/or heavier than 11 lbs will incur a $40 fee.
We hold packages for up to 30 days.

Wheelchair Policy

Wheelchairs are available upon request with ID, guest room number, and telephone number at the Front Desk. A time frame is required to return between 30-45 minutes.
